How can one write from a script to the clipboard?
I tried to copy a string to ram:clipboards/0.
The string is in the file there, but it can't be copied to the addressbar of e.g IBrowse or into a shell.
What am I doing wrong?

AFAIK text data in clipboard may not be plain text but has to be in IFF-FTXT Format.

there is a pure command "clip", which you could use for it. it's available on aminet and was written by CISC.

I think it should be included in next MorphOS release.
