I just installed wordworth 7 on an Amiga and moved the install folder to my peg. Its not working. It starts to load and tells me to insert volume applications: Not I though it must be an assign since that was the drive it was installed to on the Amiga, but its not in any of the startup scripts. So its in something else. Can anyone tell me please how to get this moved over correctly?

Maybe there are some WW specific env files in envarc: you might need to copy ? Don't have a working Amiga system at the moment, but I think there was at least a file called WWFiles.

First of all it is better to install it frim scratch due the fac that the installation create also the FONT PATH CACHE ... and next you should check in libs wordworth libraries (like ww3 one, wwwfonts and so on)

    Hi Acill,

    I assume you've got WW7 on floppy's?

Why not make ADF-files or DMS-files of them.
Copy these files to your Peg.
Mount them with FMSDisk or so.
And now you can install it on your Peg.

    Bye,

In ENVARC: I have a "Wordworth" directory with a "WwFonts" file in it. This file contains the name of the WwFonts directory. For example :
    Work:PAO/Wordworth7/WwFonts

You have to copy libraries in LIBS: too :
    - digitafont.library
    - digitaintellifont.library
    - digitapostscript.library
    - digitatruetype.library

And about fonts, you certainly have to build the font list and more, you need these files in FONTS :
    - DGSansSerif.font
    - newtopaz.font
    - Condensed60.font
    - topaz.font

Be sure to have this tooltype set :
    PICASSO=TRUE

Okay so now I have it installed, working just fine. The only problem left is the printing. It prints everything in negative. Black background with white text. Its only in Wordworth. If I make a doc and save it as ascii and print it from MorphED its fine. So SOMETHING in Wordworth is causing this. I think its something in the colors, but I need some help tracking this down.

    wrong screen colors problem:
try a 15bit or 16bit screen, or better: let wordworth use the workbenach screen. the letters will be readable again.

    kind regards
