    Install the light! Diropus! It's freeware and you can download it from www.aminet.net
    It will avoid lha shell use :-D

    lha -er a <destination-archive> <source-directory> <source-dir.info>

    -er Leere Verzeichnisse und Subverzeichnisse rekursiv packen.
    Das Icon wird auch noch reingepackt.
