Secret Decoder Ring, for those that haven't heard of it yet, is a no frills mass newsgroup decoder. (If you don't have bandwidth to throw at this, I'd stay away.) Anyhoo, this is still something I'm tinkering with, but you can download it from my home page right here if you'd like to check it out.
