Order of the Butterfly

I get this extra image button if i use this pulldown menu and set this button.
But as soon as i press this image button it disappears and nothing to choose.
Am I missing some MUI pieces? Or something else?
Powerbook 5,4 1.5GHz 1.5GB ram
