To somewhat get rid of TurboPrint if you don't like it is by doing two simple things once which could be put in a script

This will avoid that

- TurboPrint is launched if a _Last_ config exists on startup
- The Printer Icon is shown in System Preferences

The icon will reappear once you update the installation again, TurboPrint won't be launched again, though.
