Great news!

I tried running CheckItOut on a different PowerMac G5 and on a Powerbook G4 and it works perfectly.

So my 2.3 must have an issue with it, it has been getting flakey once in a while.

So no issues at all with it so far, thanks for the help everyone. Strange the 2.3 works with everything perfectly, but refuses to run the one program.

Once I get cooling sorted on the new G5, I will switch over to it...
