I have tried:
1. SetEnv SAVE SDL_WINDOW_FULLSCREEN,
2, reboot device,
3. check inf the flag exists in ENV and ENVARC,
4. run GrafX2 (withe the latest version of SDL2).
Unfortunately if I press B-key the speed still is very low.
