I did not read that article so I have no idea about the "third party" documentation. WHDLOpener is meant to be as straightforward as possible with its installation and usage. The only requirement is: MorphOS + SDK and AmigaOS3.1 + kickstarts3.1/1.3 which is already stated in the README along some notes. It's just a glue between MorphOS and E-UAE - both have their documentation available.
Next version on github no problem, but someone needs to write a "proper README" ;).
