Another fact: There's a certain OS that has been shown doing realtime 4k video decoding (using 3rd party software) on a Polaris/GCN4 graphics card put into a mainboard built around a decade-old embedded-class CPU in turn built around a pair of crippled, 1½-decade-old embedded-class CPU cores (and one of them completely idling at that) ;-)
