I can't complain at v1.7 being slow. It
feels faster than v1.6 did. That is on a G5 running it from a 2,5" HDD, no SSD involved.
Was only a bit astonished default cache settings were 4 GiB. I set it to 1 GiB, not that I noticed any difference in speed. In-Memory Cache Setting is
balacned.
