I usually use "Chrome" as the default for my use of Wayfarer, though I sometimes use "Safari" as the User Agent, as Wayfarer is sometimes met with a blank page on some websites, as they "feel" more comfortable with browsers they are used to.

So, my advice would be to select one of those options and save that, and you should get good, fairly stable use from Wayfarer. I do get a few issues/crashes, from time to time - which I report via the Crash Report GUI or email so jacadcaps and the others working on Wayfarer can get the benefit of what might have caused it.

I take it you are definitely running v1.5?
