That stuff was implemented a long, long time ago. Select My Computer in the Folders list. Then open the main menu and select Folders > Map Local Folder. Select a directory in the asl requester. Press Add Folder in the new popup window. Done. Now you can drag emails to that folder.
Btw, you can also use this functionality to read mail in folders of other mail applications.
