Great! I haven't used GrafX yet but it looks like very good classic graphics program for creating pixel-art in <=256 colors. GrafX could be better than our: PersonalPaint, DeluxePaint, Brilliance. In my opinion layers is the killer-feature.
I have to check if 2.3 supports animations (version 2.4 probably supports).
