It's worldwide available. Amiga m68k Version is available but it needs a GFX-Card and a FPU, which should be no problem when using UAE

The gps usb devices are serial2usb devices. They send NMEA 0183 with a serial protocol over usb.
You can try to include it in mapparium, if you wish. Add a serial device reader and a NMEA Parser.
Test of new version of mapparium:
The router works generaly, but a search of any places ends up in a Error Requester.
You can test this , if you try to find a route from "Hollenbergs Hügel". This place kills the router.
