Is there a way to make LHA to split up files when packing, so that it becomes a bunch of LHA files that later can be reassembled easily? I want to pack my sys: and work: drawers for a backup, but since they are bigger than 4 GB I can't put it in the FAT32 usb harddrive in one piece as planned.

RAR has a way of doing this, but splitted files are not supported by MorphOS it seems.

Or is there a good, third party software that does the same?

joinsplitter is a splitter but not an archiving tool. It does not create an lha archive.

Split LhA archives should work with MorphOS LhA.

Note that if the split size is manually specified for LhA 2.7.12, it should be no larger than 2GB (-V2097151).

I'll fix this limitation for the next MorphOS release.
