New Version: Calimero 0.3

New:

+ Support of lists (see the Screenshot) calimero_0.3.jpg
+ Add contextsplit feature to Textedit-mui-class (edit text / edit objects)
+ Add objecthandler
+ add objects to memory management system
+ add picture handler
+ add pictures to memory management system
+ Support of background pictures
+ Support of shape drawing (Calimero is a DTP-Programm...)
+ Support of "jump between pages" . A feature of the url sting gadged.

If you enter a single number into the url string gadged, Calimero jump
to the given pagenumber.

Calimero 0.3 is in alpha state, because it eats memory from time to time.
Any buttons are did't work and any function did'nt work correctly for now.

I change it fast as possible, but i have only two hands :))
