It must be the thumbnails, I disabled them and set requestors to ASL and it works! Wish we could fix the thumbnail prob, Its a good feature..

Yes 1.4.5 worked fine with thumbnails for me. I do have a log hit when ifx was crashing before I disabled thumbnails. Will that do you any good? I hit "submit bugreport" but dont know if it worked..

A couple of little games that "sort of" work on the Efika. The Payback demo works, as does the infamous Alien Breed 3D II - The Killing Grounds with the RTG patch from aminet. Payback runs a lot slower than it should, but seems fairly stable.

ABD3DII runs in a corner of the screen at a very nice smooth framerate but crashes _very_ frequently (This could be audio but I'm also told that it crashes quite a bit on WinUAE so it may be down to the RTG patch) and doesn't seem to obey the USB mouse.

Next on my to try list is the now free onEscapee (also RTG'able).
Shame we have no RTG patch for the Worms games. I'd love those to run again.

I've used normal layers as layers3d seem to have refresh bugs on several old apps. All aren't tested throughly, but at least they seem to work fine with little playing :) Most are working as well as on 1.4.5 too.

Of course MPlayer and MEncoder run in MorphOS 2.0 environment.

What none reported until now is the behaviour of the Altivec versions of these programs, that run only on MorphOS 2.0.

Well, MPlayer_Altivec runs smoother, but MEncoder_Altivec really flies!

Depending on the movie, in a DVD-->DIVX encoding, MEncoder_Altivec runs 2 to 3 times faster than normal MEncoder on MorphOS 1.4.5.
