    Ok, I figured it out. There is a bug in WB arg handling and when there is an icon NetSurf attempts to load its own executable to a browser. But there is another bug in handling of local files which causes NS to hang.

    So for now get rid of that icon. Will be fixed in the next release.

    what exactly do I delete or replace? to
    get it going?(What/Where netsurf.info?)

    There is file called "NetSurf.info" in the NetSurf directory. Delete it either from the shell or from Ambient: switch to lister mode and delete NetSurf.info file (see here).

    If you still have problems with getting NetSurf showing fonts. You need a _ttf font called Times New Roman Latin2 or NetSurf wont show text. Once you have done this, even starting NetSurf from its icon works. Also remember to download database.engine which itix links on first page.

    Any chance for a MOS 1.4 version? Might be usefull for PUP users.

    There's no need to download ttengine.database (not "database.engine") anymore since it's part of the NetSurf archive dating from one week ago which itix mentions on the second page.

    There probably is 1.x compatible version in the future.

    I tried run version 2.0 dev on MOS 2.7-3.4 but does this not work (shows the GUI and the end)
