yep.

serge's (slighty modified) xorg.cfg works.
Default is still mine, but you'll only have to replace
mine (/cfgs/xorg.conf or /cfgs/xorg.conf-NTSC) with serge's
(/cfgs/xorg.conf-serge)

xmame is now on 0.99, xmess will stay on 0.97 as gameboy-emulator
seems to want a bios in the new version...

Still some things to do, but I think it'll be finished in (max) 1 week...
