1 - 1 ....Holland was better the last 10 minutes though (shame about the earlier 80 )

Now we can both sleep well, and I can safely cross the border to the Netherlands with the white number-plates on my car

Why did the press gave us (we, the Orange-nerds ) the feeling that the Germans weren't playing good and all?

I saw for the most part of the game a very well organised German team with a few exceptional players who made (almost) mince meat of the Dutch defences.
Ok, I have to say that for the most part of the game we didn't have the right players on the right spot (like Zenden and Heitinga, these two guys didn't do anything in my eyes).

I surely believe Germany will go to the next round and if Holland will play like the second part of the game, they'll also go to the next round!

I'm surprised and impressed ! This was a game
I enjoyed watching ... and that did not happen since
1990 when a german team takes part

So lets hope Holland wins the next game and we can see
them meet again in this tournament
