OWB 1.18 has been released.

- 24.12.2012: Odyssey Web Browser 1.18 "Broken arm" release.
  - Updated to WebKit r127386 (September 2012)
  - Reworked forms elements default theme (buttons, checkmarks, strings, ...).
  - Updated HTML5 MediaPlayer controls to work with the new WebKit behaviour. Look
    is slightly updated as well.
  - Modified the handling of autocompleted login/password forms to be more compliant with
    WebKit internals.
  - Exposed localstorage option to global and per-url settings.
  - Changed some security settings to allow document upload in Google Docs/Drive.
  - Enabled more HTML5 features, now scoring 392+16 bonus points at html5test.com.
  - Updated main browsers useragents to their current version.
  - Updated Youtube.js to deal with Youtube latest changes.
  - Updated WebCore fonts downloader.

again me.. on OWB 1.18 google translate not working in instant auto-mode ... after write text you need clikc on "translate" button :D

Update loads into memory, hangs, and shuts down? I look at the memory guage and see it loading but never makes the part where it itialies the fonts "compass graphics" other updates have failed as well 1.17 mac mini with 2.4 reg

It doesn't "hang", it quits, because it can't find expat.library, which is normal, since it's only supplied since morphos 3.0

Can the expat.library be copied off my PowerBook 3.1 OS and pasted to the 2.4 OS?

You know that it doesn't cost you anything at all (it's free of charge) to upgrade to MorphOS 3.1, right? Your registration and key-file remains and will work just the same!

(Had you at least been using MorphOS 2.7 (which was really good), but why on earth did you stick with 2.4?)

Long time ago atempted the upgrade from OS 2.4 to 2.7.? It failed Why? I don't know? I have a dual boot Mini with 120 Gb of data...I shutter to attempt an upgrade without a back-up of the data/? I have a Lacie 160Gb to back it up but it is firewire> Waiting for helios to be fully integrated. When who knows? So yes I still have 2.4 but waiting the "two weeks"

OWB 1.18 seems to have some issues with Facebook, if I leave FB page open for a longer period (about 30 minutes) OWB meditates, eats memory at 750kb/s rate . Sometimes I get an error requester:

"OWB Fatal Error

Failed to allocate 0 bytes.

Unfortunately Webkit doesn't check allocations and crashes in such situation."

And problems with Google Translate are not just related to auto quick translate, there seems to be problems choosing languages with quick buttons also and usually I have to click twice on translate-button

I am having a similar problem. If I leave a OWB tab open with Facebook, ram slowly gets eaten away and eventually either OWB mediates or the system locks up.

The Flash plugin doesn't crash. At least not if you're using OWB 1.18 and swfdec 1.2 from my website.
It once crashed when using shared cairo.library, but it's not the case with the above combination

Oh, my Powerbook with 3.1, OWB 1.18 and swfdec 1.2 freezes, (even both 'Amiga' and ctrl dosn't work), with the flash enabled, certainly does it on Youtube, maybe other sites as well.

Found OWB to render quite nicely all the sites I have visited and not even a crash yet. Office365 popup menu for email-messages still does not work sadly (yes I know its pile of crap but have to use it for work stuff).
