Err, actually, Ambient, copy and even cp supports 64bits copy without trouble... Just tested these 3 solutions on an IceFS partition with the OpenSuse 12.1 4.1 GB ISO, and it worked just fine.
So MorphOS supports that, only the supplied scp/sftp binaries don't.
