using morphos for pvr

    I am wondering about the possibilities of building a personal video recorder based on pegasos and morphos.

    Are there any drivers that support TV in on video cards? And what about an application to record video to disk? Would it be easier to try a linux based solution instead?

    AFAIK, there has been limited success using a PCI Voodoo3 and a TV card with Visionary on a Peg1 system.

    I'm hoping that with the Peg2, that I'll be able to use a TV Tuner card, AmithlonTV and VHI studio combined to do some video-capturing. (Even IOSpirit are not guaranteeing that AmithlonTV + VHI will work on MOS).

    However, I figure that a Linux based solution will probably work as well.

    Visionary is working but it can't record AFAIK.
