Sorry for abusing this thread. At least, I also have a question about SabreMSN. ;-)
How do I make the smiley-symbols show up? It seems there has to be a set of smiley installed since the smiley folder is empty (except for two). If so (and Sabre supports smileys at all), where can they be downloaded? Or copied from original MSN?

Somehow I always missed the link, when I was on that page...
Maybe it was always too late or some beers too many ;-)

    @ Metalmac:
Try to upgrade your codeset library. I had the same problem and I couldn't understand how to solve it. I was opening YAM that adviced me about a new version of this library. I upgraded it and after a couple of days I tried SabreMSN, trying to understand why it didn't work.. And all went ok!
    You find the lib here:

Yes... you are right... Stupid question from me!
    So.. :-?
I tried to launch sabre msn with snoopium active and nothing particular when program start (graphics, AmiSSL, and so on..).
I cannot tell you.. Did you try to connect more after the first attempt failed?
I remember I did a lot of things: erase everything and installed again, downloaded an old version to see if it worked (and it did..), tried with another account. I thought was the codeset.library... maybe MSN itself, did some change?!?
