    Hi,

    1. could anyone explain what the FilemageCTRL is for, or how to use it?

    2. I launch SetClockNTP automatically at startup, is there any way to see/control
    if it's really working/running?

    3. I wonder why the "ghosted gadgets" and "active gadgets" setting have not been
included in the MUI version which shipped with MorphOS 2.4, to get rid of that ugly
    ghost pattern?

Here is an image of the new settings: http://www.rmsvideo.ch/morphos/mos_23/

    3. Because that feature is experimental and may seriously impact the overall stability of the OS.

For SetClockNTP, run it twice with two different "diff=xx" option: like xx=120 and xx=60... and see the differences.

The other way is to check your swiss watch (obvioulsy ;-))
    And now... next project!

    1. I have contacted Marek for this : FileImage can handle only non-compressed disk-file for now (ADF, no DMS). When you select an ADF with FileImageCtrl, you must go to Mounter. Here you can see your ADF and mount it.

I hope in a future version of FileImage, the DMS and IPF format will be supported. And I hope FileImageCrtl will be able to mount/unmount disk-file without loading Mounter.

    2. Set manually a fantasy date for your machine and reboot. If this date still enable, then SetClockNTP is not working at your startup.

FilemageCTRL can be used to mount MOL partitions (choosing file from RAWDISK:)
