When I start Bochs I get the following error:

Couldn't open the vga font

Anyone got any idea what this is? I could not find any solution yet.

cd somethere:bochsdir/
assign FONTS: fonts ADD

should solve the problem. Or copy the font to sys:fonts/. :)

No luck here. I copied the font the the place to be but still no luck. vga.font is the file, right?

You have to copy vga.font and the vga-directory with the "16" file inside.

e.g.
copy mypartition:bochs/fonts/#? to SYS:Fonts ALL

but the ASSIGN ADD should do the job too.

Copy vga.font and the vga dir is indeed the fix. Don't know what I will end up in now but at least this error is fixed. Thanks!

Is there not some good MorphOS info about Bochs? Would make it easier. Next up in the line of errors:
Unable to find ATA channel, ioport=0x03f6
