    Hi All!
I have a question for those who use Epson Perfection 1240 USB scanner and FxScan.
I have a problem with lowered scan area.
When I put pictures on the scanner bed and allign them to one of bed's borders (no matter if top, bottom or a side) the scan result is allways cut of about 5 - 10 mm, so I have to put my pictures somewhere in the middle of scanner's glass. Do you have the same?

    And the additional question.
How to make FxScan to remember snanning parameters: color mode, resolution ant the others?

I miss draggable screens... and do you? I know I'm in a minority unfortunately.

I use FXscan also don't believe it is possible to save the resolution settings etc..
I do use tghe betascan driver not scanquix which I also have.
Betascan is much faster then fxscan on my umax astra 2400s.

Did you notice a problem with cut scans of pictures aligned up to bed's area border?

I never looked at it this close.
But I made several copy's off A4 format and they all worked out.
I'll try to look at it to see it also appears here.
