I just downloaded Fpan1.1 and it works great and is fully registered.
But when shutdown and try to restart I get a unable to open application.
A reboot only doesn't cure this have to shut the peg down and restart.
Anybody else with same symptoms?

Sounds like a MUI related problem. What MUI version do you run? Works
fine with default MOS 1.4.5 MUI here.

I see in Snoopdos it is unable to make dir ENVARC:Frying PAN and also ENV:FryingPAN.
Maybe thi is the cause?

You should already have ENVARC:FryingPan dir and that's why it cannot be created, that shouldn't be the cause to your problem.

1) reboot (just reset not hard reset)
2) increase the stack size (try with some high value, like
200,000) (the icon probably has some stupid value like 4096)

Seems there is a bug in FryingPan. I ran FP with Wipeout and got 0xdeadf00d hit from PROGDIR:LIBS/MUI.interface. It suggests FP has got an uninitialized variable somewhere...

well all I know is that
1) if I run FryingPan with the default Stack in either shell or
Icon, then it will not start. period.
2) If I raise it to for instance 200,000 then it will always start
without any problems.

I reinstalled Fpan 1.0a works ok.
Will try this stack issue to get 1.1 going.

I've tested it here with Mui 4 from september 2006 and latest ambient build, no problems of starting it or restarting it.

Installed the newest release off Fpan.
Workes ok but not for formatting off CD RW somehow.
I am doing that with make cd now.
Fpan freezes on this or gives a track layout error.
Known issue?
