I just received my new cybershot digital camera.
Only the internal memory for now no money anymore for those memorysticks off sony.
But can't download pictures from my pegasos with it.
It is seen as a mass storage but when trying to open it takes forever to get to the root dit.
And it gives a read error.
Also poseidon gives nak timeouts.
Hoping that a memorystick will somehow cure this?
Or can I use those memorysticks into a cardreader?
Don't want to use the camera through the pc.

You can try:

1. Change settings in Poseidon.
2. Update Poseidon to newest version.
3. Use a PTP program http://cgenre.dev.free.fr/PtpDigCam-V2.1a-MOS.lha
4. Buy a card reader (afaik it should work nicely, but probably u must reformat card before )

Too bad can't get it going for now.
Changed all settings too see if it would go but to no avail.
Nice program this Ptp proggie thanks for link.
I'll have too get me a memory stick and see if it will go then.
Strange everything else I tried worked out off the box like:
An other cheap camera,usb stick,mouses,joystick adapters.
I've send an email to chris hodges so maybe he has a tip.

Installed a memorystick into the camera.(they are very expensive!) and workes ok now!
Guess the internal memory works different then the stick.

Too bad this ptp program doesn't work with it looked nice.

Only bad thing now this camera eats battery's for breakfast.
Did see 2700 Mah battery's got to invest again I think.
