I want to move my windows without dragging the titlebar, e.g. with pressing a qualifier key and dragging by clicking somewhere inside the window and move the mouse.

It've found this program on aminet:
    http://aminet.net/package/util/wb/DragIt4

This should be used exactly for this, but it seemed not to work on MOS. Is there any similar programs which works on MOS?

You can go into System setting, IContol, Misc and set border clicking to use any border to size or drag windows.

Well.. one program which could be tried is OpaqueMove. I don't know if it works on MOS and it has that opaquemove routine, if that causes troubles, but anyway it has good settings for qualifiers and ways to move the window... including that clicking anywhere in the window.
