This weekend i decided to try and get ubuntu running on my peg2.

Ik downloaded the latest ubuntuPPC iso and burned it to a disc
However, I don't seem to be able to boot it.

Running in OF type into the terminal
    boot cd install/pegasos
which takes me into a menu with 3 options.
    none of these work
    returning "install/vmlinuz not found"

Had anybody been able to bootup the installer cd?
    Or am I missing something?

    regards, Tom

for easiest way imo, if you have a MOS FFS boot partition.

    Or
If you want to use a linux boot parition and GRUB check out:
