    From the GGS Website:

All systems is delivered ready to run with MorphOS preinstalled (installation cd included) + Ubuntu Linux preinstalled (installation cd included).

There's an Ubuntu installer CD for the Pegasos?

breezy Cd works and boots on Pegasos. For Dapper Drake you can use the bootloaders provided here along with usual ubuntu install CDs.

    klesterjr,

Thats correct reading from our website. :-)

    Here some more information.

    For Breezy:

    http://www.pegasos.org/index.php?pagename=Ubuntu&op=modload&name=phpWiki&file=index

Note, this guide is written for the Breezy PowerPC Installation CD, linked to in the guide. It does not work to use with the Breezy PowerPC LiveCD.

    For Dapper:

    http://www.pegasos.org/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=1019

This guide works to use with Dapper PowerPC Desktop CD. It is a LiveCD + Installation CD. It boots the Dapper Live-environment, and from there you can install to disk also. It does not work to use with any other CD, like the alternate or server CD.

I wrote this guide the same day Dapper became released.

All system is delivered pre-installed with Dapper now, and You can of course also boot the Dapper PowerPC Desktop CD.

Its not any Pegasos specific CD we created by ourselfs. It uses CD's Ubuntu released for its users.
    Best wishes, Gunne

    @gunne (and SoundSquare too)

    Very nice! :-)

I have Ubuntu (Kubuntu, actually) installed on an x86 machine and really like it a LOT -- I was surprised to see it on the Pegasos.

Must set aside some time to try it.

    Thanks!

Edit: Umm -- I have a Peg1 -- will the install instructions work with that too?
