I have 3 in mine so its not hard to do. The best was is to set up both drives on the primary IDE as master and slave, then put your CD/DVD drive on the secondary IDE as master. Make sure your linux drive is the first drive (Master) on the Primary IDE. If you plan to instal OS X you need to make sure its on the first 8GB of the drive too. So make a 10GB partition on that drive first before you put anything else or any other partitions. Your linux can be on any other part of that drive, just remember to make the 10GB partition forst for os x use.

There are several excellent guides for linux, depending on the distro:
    http://obligement.free.fr/articles/debianpegasos.php
    http://obligement.free.fr/articles/susepegasos.php
    http://obligement.free.fr/articles/ubuntupegasos.php

As for Mac OS, the simplest thing you can do is get PegXMac and use the following guide :
    http://obligement.free.fr/articles/pegxmacpegasos2.php

If not, for Mac On Linux, I've found this guide most helpful:
    http://obligement.free.fr/articles/maconlinuxpegasos.php

Only "problem", this guides are in French.

There can be a problem with 2 harddisks:

I have two of them in my PEG2, and unfortunately the second drive spins up much faster then the first one.
Although I set the boot-delay to about 5s, I allways have to make a reboot to see the first drive, which contains the bootmenu....
    any help on that ?

You dont really need to use the first 8gb of the real HD for osx. For example just setup a big chunk like 30gb from anywhere in the drive and then point OSX to use it.
In the OSX installer you need to run partition management tool and then create the 8gb partition for OSX to use and make another partition that uses the rest of the drive OSX sees.

Remember that MOL assigns partition from the hd for MOL so it can see it as an real harddrive. So OSX just creates more partitions inside there :)
