MorphOS is supposed to attract new users... but there is no beginners guide!

Is someone writing/willing to write such?

If so I'd recommend basing it on Wiki (phpwiki) so everyone could contribute...

Its not a problem, phpwiki has template system and its easy to make it plain html4.
I may do such template if needed.

You're not the first one with that idea... currently some work goes in this direction.
