    http://www.reactos.com/

A open-source freeware clone of MS Windows.
Howerer, I haven't idea if a Pegasos/PPC porting can be done... What can say more expert people? :hammer:

Windows clone could be useful if it could run Windows software. On PPC it's impossible. So my IMHO - no sense.
Would be better to find and port some MacOS X-compatible OS.

But now Apple want use Intel CPU, so choose a Mac-Os clone will not be an option anymore. :-x

If I remember right there was a WindowsNT PPC version, or atleast I remember reading some docs on my NT4.0 disk about PPC,Spark, ect. ReactOS is a Windows NT clone. It uses wine to make windows programs work like some linux distros.

Yes, there was PPC NT. I even have a copy of the CD with all NT versions (i386, ppc, mips, sparc). Didn't play with it (but have such a dream :)). Of course Pegasos OF is unable to load PE (Windows .EXE) binaries, but probably Yaboot is able to. Or at least this can be added to it. Probably NT will even start up. Would be funny :)
But, again, in practice it is almost useless because it's almost impossible to find apps for Win32/PPC. At least i've never met one, my copy of NT for PPC is a plain ocassion, i copied the original CD from M$ we use to fix McDonaldS. On our market you can't find anything except x86.

Windows NT PPC did not run any of the apps that the x86 version did. It would have had to be made just for the PPC version. It never got any support so M$ pulled it and nevery did anything else with it.
