What startbar work in morphos, like amistart,amidock in os 3.9? Don't tell me about polynetng, because is demo and i must pay for it .

Well I'm gone tell you about Polynet_NG anyway , it's really good and it's only 15 euros. I use it on my Amiga's and Pegasos, 15 euros well spent.

If you want a free startbar look for AmiToolBar on Aminet, it doesn't look good but it works. I believe AmiStart also works with MorphOS but I'm not sure.

So what? You want everything for free? How you will encourage programmers and developers if you don't buy anything, even 15 euros?

you're not gonna get much help from morphzone users with such an attitude. Polynet is the best choice and you can still go for a free alternative but it ain't gonna be as powerful and userfriendly as Polynet.

Ppl, just because not everyone has money to buy/ register all apps it's no reason to blame him for that. I didn't bought PolyNet too, f.ex.. He just asked for some alternatives.. thats all.

first: welcome to the forums ;)

Well.. about the startbars... whats wrong with the panels in Ambient? Go to menu "Objects > Panels > New" and it will add an panel, now you can drag icons into it. Try also right mouse on the buttons or the drag gadget of the panel for more options.

Personaly I use a combination out of such Ambient panel and ToolManager 3.1 (from Aminet). It works very well for me. Additionally I placed CPU Monitor, statline and MIAMI/ gelbesPanel around, so it looks very cool IMHO and provides a lot information. ;)
