What are the popular software(s) for 2-D art for pegasos ?....I not looking for an expensive program , but something that addresses the basics.

If there aren't any... would the amiga art programs have to run on emulation?

I need something that includes a good paint program ...as good as TVPaint , DPaint4,..etc.

And a good image enhancer also ... I have no experience with any Pegasos applications.
    any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Here I have:
TVPaint, ArtEffect 3.0, ImageFX (in the SuperBundle), FX Paint lite MOS version, XiPaint 4.0 (with some problems), DiamondBox 1.12, 4p and Pixel32 (this will be the best when updated by the author).

    bye

It depends by what type of art program you're asking about?

There are some more geared towards photo manipulation, others geared towards creating fresh 2d bitmaps, others geared towards vector-drawing.

Some of them are MOS Native, others are just Amiga 68k-PPC software that works with MOS. ;)

    D'oh. :P

Well, if you like TVPaint it should work on MorphOS. I've heard that some people also got PPaint to work. Though I haven't given it a shot. :P

My Pegasos has FXPaint (MOS), ImageFX (with PPC modules), Art Effect (68k) and DrawStudio 2 (68k) installed. (DrawStudio needs to run the smartwin hack in order to run unfortunatly. This hack may not work in future revisions of MOS.) I also use Cinema 4D (68k).

Don't worry if an application is Amiga 68K, MorphOS's JIT makes the applications run a lot faster then you'd thought possible. ;)
