mmm about the port, better forget it, most of times I try to port something I end up locking my peggy with an unusable binary

BTW, I saw that amiwin had some kind of SDK, I guess it was to develop xwindow "client" apps that connect to our server. Some window managers were available (motif if I remember correctly). Would it be possible to recompile the gtk libraries but avoiding changing the XWindow stuff to make it easier? I've heard that geek gadgets had some stuff running that way natively (an old GIMP version). I know that a native window manager and graphic toolkit is better, but it could be a temporal solution until we have the more native MOS components...
