Does anyone have any idea why he is selling it off? It seems like a real good package. It would be a shame to see it leave the Amiga platform and end up on Windows or something. Maybe 35 of you have a $1000 to spend and can compile it for MOS and give out the source to all uf us!!! :-D

If these were better times in terms of user numbers we could rather hope to find 1000 who give $35 ... btw, if I had $35k spare I'd rather get a Transrotor Quintessence. :-D

Aladdin is one of the few Amiga modeling&rendering packages I did'nt actually use.
So I wont' comment on the quality, wich look OK (but old & very much "tied" to ImageFX) judging by the screenshot presented.
But hey, if one wishes to write/port such a product to the MorphOS, well he should look towards open-source projects !
With (the almighty) blender (pure C source code here http://www.blender3d.com/cms/Source_Code.12.0.html) you can't go wrong !

Oh, and, just one detail : it's FREE

they should just release the code... I doubt if anyone buys it for $35k. We need some good apps but it seems like it wont happen unless some of the hardcore MOS coders decide to do it for free.
