At this point you should know MorphOS Developer Team politics: they will release updates only togheter with new MorphOS versions. So in order to have the new tinyGL library and the new graphic drivers (needed to use the new GL software like cube and others..) you will have to wait MOS1.5.
You like this? You don't like this? You think it is an intelligent tactic? You think it's stupid? Everything you think unfortunately will not change this mechanism :-(
Relax your soul and accept it!

as it's written on sdl.innodea.hu, you just have to write a small mail to kiero for getting latest tinygl.library which will work with mos1.4.x and a voodoo grafic card.

    No TOkai.
I wrote an email to Kiero and also talked with him on #morphos channel and the answer was:
it we'll be avaiable only with Mos1.5
The same is applied for Louise.
    We have to wait.

The lib is available now, but only for developers who want to use it. Louise has latest lib and some other people. But due to lack of new/fixed voodoo driver some of its features can't be used or are causing trouble, that's why it's not public for "normal" users. You have to live with it, sorry.

    @ zdax
    Yes,
this is the major reason why we all here are wayting for the new TinyGL and the new gfx drivers.
In everycase do not be happy too early: the only Radeons supported will be the 7000, 7200, 7500 and today you can buy only the first one of these.

    Why is that?
The 8500 has to be in far more Pegasos configs than the 7xxx series...
Stupid if you ask me. The 8500 is by the way almost identical to the 7xxx, so it shouldn't be that hard to write a driver for it....

    8500 is far better than 7x00 !
And I believe a lot of things are different when compared with the 7x00.

    I thought there will be support for RV100, RV200 (and Rv250) which means all 7000, 7200, 7500, 8500, (9000) and 9100 cards?

Well, if only for RV100 then it' ll be only for 7000 and 7200. The 7500 uses the same chip as the 8500 and 9100 does, namely the R(V)200. The R(V)200 is IIRC quite similar to the R(V)100.
The RV250 might be different, therefore I put it into brackets. But If my brain doesn't fool me too much it's been stated somewhere that there is 3d support for other ATI's than only the 7000 and 7200 (iirc for the R(V)200 series).
Difference between 7500 and 8500 and 9100 is that the 7500 uses an RV200 and the latter both are using R200 chips which include additional Pixelshaders.

Will you provide the MOS team with hardware docs and sample drivers for these chipsets? Afaik ATI won't.

AFAIK they will provide information for R100- and R200-based chips (but you have to ask for them). The open-source DRI Radeon driver supports 3D acceleration for R200-based chips.
