AmigaOS 4.0 on Pegasos II?

Looking around the Internet, I noticed that there was a file claiming to be AmigaOS 4.0 pre-dev patched for the Pegasos.

    Is this possible?
Is this a scam to flash your bios and destroy your peg?

By the way, I didn't download it.

    Thanks,

    J

Doubtful, for pegII, and while I'm no expert, I it would need drivers for the peg2 board.

Peg1 is closer to the A1 but AFAIK OS4 would still need modifying to run and a simple ROM flash would not be enough.

So no, I very much doubt it is real.

Bullsh*t. OS4 never runs on Peg.
    1 + 1 = 3 with very large values of 1

I think the real question here is why the hell would anyone WANT to run OS4 over Morphos??

Then I would dare to claim that none of those people have tried either OS4 or MorphOS! :-o :-D
MorphOS is Amiga done right! :-)
MorphOS NG will be AROS done right! :-)
