If it's really AGP it should be supported. But then, it's not the Yikes. According to several sources, the Yikes model is the PowerMac1,2, which doesn't have AGP slots:

According to the above-linked Wikipedia article, of the 1st PowerMac G4 generation, the Yikes (PowerMac1,2) and the early Sawtooth (PowerMac3,1) models support up to 1 GiB, whereas the later Sawtooth models and the Gigabit Ethernet (PowerMac3,3) model support up to 2 GiB. Interestingly, the 2nd generation (Digital Audio and Quicksilver; aka PowerMac3,4 and PowerMac3,5) regressed to 1.5 GiB maximum, which was increased back to 2 GiB with the 3rd generation (MDD and FW800; aka PowerMac 3,6).

Yes, I don't think the ZIF connector on the Yikes mainboard is the reason for missing Yikes support in MorphOS.
