Hi,
i'm trying to convert a set of png files to a divx. They are numbered from 0001.png to 0037.png.
But the commandlines which are explained in the official mencoder faq are not working with the MorphOS port of mencoder (probably too old, dunno).
I tried the command lines here:
http://web.njit.edu/all_topics/Prog_Lang_Docs/html/mplayer/encoding.html
but all what i get is:
==========================================================================
Requested video codec family [mpng] (vfm=mpng) not available (enable it at compilation)
*** Try to upgrade PROGDIR:conf/codecs.conf from etc/codecs.conf
*** If it still does not work, read DOCS/codecs.html!
Cannot find codec matching selected -vo and video format 0x474E504D.
==========================================================================
I tried it with different output options but i always end up in this error (which is a bit unlogical for me :). Maybe the MorphOS port has some problems to scan the command line properly.. dunno.
So my question: Did someone succesfully converted a bunch of pictures (single frames) into a movie with mencoder?
thanks for help.
