I want to use this software (look at New software on MorphOS-News.de) but I don't understand how it works. And, there is no example in the readme. If somebody can explain me (with example) how I could connect automatically on a #channel, thank you

Im not sure what you mean. You can auto-join to a channel by typing the channel in to the autojoin stringgadget at server selection screen.

I think Auto-login can connect AmIRC directly when it is starting, like XChat or others IRC softs. (the auto-connect in fact).

And, if somebody make a software to do that, I hope it's not implemented in AmIRC
