Can somebody help me out with this? After succesfully sharing Samba shares between OS X Yosemite and MorphOS, i also want to access my Shares over the Internet between those two machine, f.e. when i'm not at home.

I know there's a SSH Shell in MorphOS, but thats where it ends. I read thats its possible and the most secure way to share samba over the internet.

I haven't used SSH tunnels in ages, so I can't remember their usage much without reading docs, but MorphOS has standard ssh commands in SYS:Applications/RemoteShell/Files/ directory and I guess they should work with any standard guides from the net.
