    Try this:

    cd src
    configure
    make
    1 + 1 = 3 with very large values of 1

As far as I can tell, this is part of the http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/libu/libupnp/libupnp_1.6.6.orig.tar.gz archive... Which again you'll have to configure/make or port.

Have you tried running the 68k version on MOS?
This is just like television, only you can see much further.

There's nothing in those posts which suggest that you actually tried to run it. You only tried to compile the sources.

Nice to hear about working mediaserver on Amiga. I have mediaserver on ubuntu, and mediaserver clients as iphone(airplayer) and PS3. Its useful for home network, where all media files stored in one place, and clients get it via streaming. Some modern TV's has mediaserver client built-in.
Some times ago we discuss about mediaserver on morphos, but afair some devs sayd about non-available for now in netstack multicasts (?), without which upnp-dlna protocols not works.
But, if ushare works on classic amiga, things looks not so sad.
