Yes, that was mentioned when I had problems with setting up Pagestream, the fonts not displaying on screen properly, but I don't seem to remember that fixing it fully for me, but that is also worth doing as well - renaming the CSets directory to, as you say, 'Disabled', and see if that also helps to get Pagestream to work correctly. Once it is setup it works fine it seems.
