Thanks. From that news article:

"BHBV [...] has held 97% of the shares in Hyperion since 2019 [...]. [...] the interests of [...] its (other) shareholders [...] must be protected. [...] the other Hyperion shareholders [...] do not want to collect outstanding payments for the time being [...] and are themselves interested in taking over BHBV's Hyperion shares. [...] the Hyperion shares [...], according to [...] the latest available BHBV annual report from 2021 [...], were owned by BHBV."

Unfortunately, this makes me none the wiser regarding this strange Ben Hermans (BV) Hyperion shares transition from 96.88% (?-2020) to 100% (2021-?) to 96.43% (?-today).

Hint: you can still find me in the (real) shareholder register. Just confirmed by the court btw.
