RadeonHD cards also exist as AGP (got a 5450 in mine) which give you the benefit of having a HDMI port that will do 2560x1440 on modern monitors.

But be aware that at least some of these card don't work on 3.18 (I am running 3.19beta) so you might have to wait a while before you get to use it.
